Here are a few things you can do if you visit OKC!
1. Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum.
The Oklahoma City National Memorial is a beautiful memorial that honors the victims, survivors, rescuers, and all who were affected by the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19, 1995.
2. Skydance Bridge.
The Skydance Bridge is a pedestrian bridge and public artwork. Just a cool thing to see:).
3. Wheeler Ferris Wheel.
If you know me or have gotten familiar with my blogs, you know I have a thing for Ferris Wheels. It may not be a must-need thing to see or do, but the Wheeler Ferris Wheel at the Wheeler District is a cool little spot to overlook the city, especially in the evening.
4. Bricktown.
Another cool little area you can chill and get a bite to eat is Bricktown...a quaint industrial neighborhood with a canal running through it. There are shops, and restaurants, as well as outdoor festivals and entertainment, particularly when the weather is good.
Additional Note: A couple of other note-worthy things to check out if you have the time. There is the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and the Museum of Osteology which is pretty different. Also, for my fellow basketball fanatics, be sure to check out an OKC Thunder game!
