Louisville, Kentucky in 48 Hours.

Don't know much about Louisville? Allow me to introduce you...

Downtown Louisville

1. The Muhammad Ali Museum.

Even if you are not a big boxing fan, just about everyone knows who Muhammad Ali is. Ali was more than just arguably the greatest boxer of all time…he transcended beyond the sport and became more of an ambassador for freedom and people in general. Come see this great museum and learn more about his life and times in and out of the ring, and see tons of his memorabilia on display.

2. Louisville Slugger Factory.

No trip to Louisville is complete without visiting this historic landmark. You can tour this great factory, get a glimpse of the bat-making process and even leave with a miniature bat for free!

3. Churchill Downs.

Another historic landmark you are probably more familiar with...Churchill Downs...home to the annual Kentucky Derby! People far and wide flock once a year for this grand event that has taken place in Louisville for the past 148 years!

Additional Note: On top of everything listed, Louisville is also home to the University of Louisville Cardinals. Both football and basketball teams are usually ranked and are a big draw, especially among the locals. Now I bet you did not realize Louisville was that entertaining!😁
